Calling all fit, want to be fit or used to be fit Women! Here is your chance to get FIT (Functional Intense Training)! Whether your goal is to run a race, reclaim your pre-baby body or meet other women with like interests—this is the program for you!
Make a commitment to yourself and join the fun. Six weeks of progressive training that will be individualized to give you results.
EACH WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE:
• Cardiovascular Training • Strength Building Exercises • Flexibility
You will receive nutritional guidance throughout the entire program on an individual basis.
J-FIT is led by Alesha McGough. She is a certified Fitness Professional with a degree in Exercise Fitness Management.
