The 2012 College Bound Program at the JCC is a comprehensive college
preparation program. From one-on-one counseling sessions with
Certified College Counselors Amanda Hirko and Michelle Berkowitz,
to free diagnostic PSAT/SAT/ACT exams, as well as preparation courses
through Kaplan, and who could forget, the JCC’s West Coast
College Tour. New for this year: The Arizona College Tour! What a
fabulous way to plan your future!
ARIZONA COLLEGE TOUR
(GRADES 9 - 12)
January 12-15, 2012
Meet up with other high schoolers from Southern California and take a trip to visit several Arizona colleges. At all campuses, we engage with the Jewish student body and experience Shabbat and Havdallah with Hillel. We sit in on classes, take personal campus tours, chat with students, and get a feel for every campus. We’ll also take a desert off-roading jeep tour! Price will include transportation, food, activities, and accommodations.

WEST COAST COLLEGE TOUR
(GRADES 9 - 12)
Transportation, meals, accommodations all provided. On this college tour we will visit campuses such as UC Irvine, UCLA, UC Berkeley, San Francisco State, Stanford University, and the Claremont Colleges. Campus highlights will include: Shabbat and Havdallah with campus Hillels, meet and greets with students, and sitting in on classes during the weekday school visits.
