The Teen Leadership Council

9-12th Grade

The Teen Leadership Council brings together a group of talented and conscientious teen leaders from all over San Diego County. The Executive Board, together with their committees, plan events at the JCC. The TLC also participates in community service events, leadership retreats, and help create a meaningful connection between San Diego Jewish Teens and the Lawrence Family JCC.

The JCC Teen Leadership Council seeks to develop the leadership and social engagement potential of teens to better serve their community by providing opportunities to:
• Develop interpersonal skills
• Serve the community through volunteer service
• Socially interact with others in engaging and enjoyable activities

VISION:

We envision a society in which teens of all backgrounds are active and visible young leaders in their communities and have the capacity to reach their full potential.
